We at x-markets consulting place a great deal of importance on transparency – not just in our dealings with our clients and within the company, but above all when it comes to our application process.
1. Application
You send us your complete application file – either on your own initiative or for one of the positions advertised below.
2. Telephone interview
If your application sparks our interest, then we would like to get a first-hand impression of you via a telephone interview.
3. Personal interview
If you are able to win us over on the phone, we will invite you to a face-to-face interview and you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your working methods via a short case study. Here, you will get to know at least one of our managing directors as well as a further senior member of our team.
4. Decision process
After your personal interview, you will normally receive official feedback from us within two weeks. If you have any further questions concerning the status of your application, our recruiting team is at your disposal.
In addition to a university degree and, if applicable, initial experience in a consulting firm or in a company involved in the capital markets industry, an applicant should ideally possess the following qualities:
